Tingli Huang is a senior associate of the RuiMin team. Her primary practice areas include M&A, private equity, overseas capital markets and general corporate advice. 


Before joining RuiMin, Tingli was an associate of the leading Chinese firm Fangda Partners and with there for five years. 

Tingli speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

    • Advising AstraZeneca on its US$1.2bn acquisition of Nasdaq-listed Gracell Biotechnology (ALB China 2024 M&A Deal of the Year Award)

    • Advising ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd. on its acquisition of the wiring and accessories business of Siemens  in China

    • Advising Li & Fung Limited on its post-sale   restructuring and buy-back of international freight management business from A.P.  Moller-Maersk Group

    • Advising Alibaba Group, Ant Group, Ali Health, Cainiao, on their investments in target companies covering a wide range of industry sectors including TMT, transportation, entertainment, advertising&media, healthcare, and logistics  

    • Advising large domestic and multinational enterprises such as Olympus, Heytea, and Sino-agriculture Co., and renowned investment institutions such as Welkin Capital, PAG Investment, Westfall and Warburg Pincus on their M&A, private equity and asset transactions covering a wide range of industry sectors including retails, technology manufacturing, TMT, credit and financial services etc.

    • Advising Midea on its establishment of four joint ventures in China with KUKA AG with a transaction size of RMB4bn


  • Qualifications

    Tingli graduated from China University of Political Science & Law where she obtained LLB and LLM degrees. She also obtained an LLM degree from Hamburg University. She is qualified in China.
