RuiMin brings together cutting-edge domestic expertise from some of China’s most respected legal practitioners to offer seamless and comprehensive PRC legal advice on complex and high-profile transactions, regulatory and disputes matters.
OUR HISTORY
RuiMin was established in 1993 and has remained committed to offering market-leading advice to clients throughout our history. In 2022, we embarked on a drive to enrich our brand, including changing our name to RuiMin and relocating our headquarters to Shanghai International Finance Centre in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area. In 2023, we launched a branch office in Shenzhen in order to better serve the southern Greater Bay Area, reflecting our desire to be present wherever our clients need us. We are also preparing to set up a further branch office in Beijing.
