Siying is an associate of RuiMin's antitrust and foreign investment team. Her practice covers antitrust and competition and foreign investment reviews in China and the Asia-Pacific region with a focus on Chinese and muti-jurisdictional merger control filings for cross-border mergers and acquisitions, antitrust investigations, compliance and audits.
Siying has advised a broad range of clients across different sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, paper industry, real estate, consumer goods, chemicals, IT/technology, shipping etc. She has deep expertise assisting clients in the aspects of merger control filings in China, coordinating multi-jurisdictional merger control filings, and foreign investment reviews. She also advises market-leading clients on antitrust compliance and investigations issues.
Before joining RuiMin, Siying worked in a leading domestic law firm's Shanghai Office.
Siying speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Advising Viterra on the global merger control aspects of its US$8.2 billion merger with Bunge, creating a US$34 billion agri-trading conglomerate

Advised CDPQ on the China merger control aspects of its US$1.31 billion acquisition of four targets including AEP Renewables with other acquirers including Blackstone

Qualifications
Siying graduated with LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. She also received LL.M degree in Georgetown University Law Center. She is qualified in China and the State of New York.
