Silvia Gong is a partner of the RuiMin team. Her primary practice areas include M&A, private equity, project financing, overseas capital markets and general corporate advice.
Before joining RuiMin, Silvia was a partner of the leading Chinese firm Fangda Partners, where she worked for 18 years.
Silvia speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Qualifications
Silvia graduated from East China University of Political Science & Law where she obtained LLB and LLM degrees. She also obtained a LLM degree from the University of Warwick. She is qualified in China.
