Quentin is an associate of the RuiMin's antitrust and foreign investment team. His primary practice areas include competition laws.


Before joining RuiMin, Quentin worked at the joint operation office of a reputable international law firm.

Quentin speaks fluent English and Mandarin, and is proficient in Japanese.

    • Advised SOEs from across the world and leading general trading companies (“総合商社”) on the merger control aspects of various transactions in AI, energy, mobility, and other sectors*

    • Advised top multinational companies on the antitrust compliance work involved in their vertical arrangements and resale activities*

    • Served as the trustee to SAMR in a conditional clearance case in the logistics and transportation sector*

    Quentin graduated J.D. with honors from the Emory University School of Law. Quentin is admitted to practice in New York and passed the PRC bar.
