Ellie Mao is an associate of RuiMin's antitrust and foreign investment team. Her practice covers antitrust and foreign investment matters in China and the Asia-Pacific region with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, antitrust investigations, compliance and audits. She also has experience advising multinational enterprises in relation to their M&A, general corporate and compliance matters.
Before joining RuiMin, Ellie worked in the Shanghai office of a leading international firm and a US-listed technology company.
Ellie speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Qualifications
Ellie graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. She also received a LL.M. degree from University College London. She is qualified in China.
