Duncan Deng is a counsel at RuiMin. His primary practice areas include M&A, private equity and general corporate matters, with a particular focus on deals in the healthcare and life science sectors.
Before joining RuiMin, Duncan worked at the Beijing and Shenzhen offices of the leading Chinese firm Fangda Partners for six years.

Qualifications
Duncan obtained both LLB and LLM degreesbachelor and master degrees in law from China University of Political Science & Law. He was a recipient of the Dr. Helmut Sohmen Scholarship at Southern Methodist University in Texas, from which he graduated and obtained an LLM degreemaster degree in law. He is qualified in China and the State of New York.
