Allan Zhang is a counsel at RuiMin. His primary practice areas include M&A, private equity, overseas capital markets and general corporate advice.
Before joining RuiMin, Allan was a counsel at the leading Chinese firm Fangda Partners for seven years and prior to that he worked at several other leading law firms.

Allan graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law where he obtained an LLB degree. He also obtained a LLM degree from the University of New South Wales. He is qualified in China.
